I need camera advice.
I need a new camera for my purse. I want an ultra compact so it's not so bulky and a pain to carry. Plus this would be the camera I would be taking out and to parties so I dont want something gigantic. Although, I am looking for quality.
The main problem with my current camera is that it over exposes everyone's faces. We are all ghostly white and unnatural appearing.
However what I do like about my current camera is that the image isn't overly sharp. I have seen photos where objects look so crisp it seems unrealistic.
I'm currently looking at the Cannon PowerShot SD1100 IS. However, I have never owned a Cannon camera and do not have knowledge as far as the shortcomings of this brand.
Can someone please help me! I need advice...

Ok so I'm back. It was a horrible year getting through my rotations but I finally finished it.

Well I know someone who works at my old high school.. so we went there after hours and fished around for awhile.. probably the most fun I've had in a long time..

The hospital where I'm at used to be a women's hospital.. Now all of that has been moved to a different location, but on our breaks, we all go up to the vacant floors and explore. I've been sitting on these photos for some time now.. I guess I should post them for everyone to enjoy I guess.. or at least to give me something to do for an hour or so..
